Straight Up Abilities does several live performances throughout the year.  Every year we perform for Festival of Human Abilities at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA.  We perform and do workshops for VSA Orange County and VSAF at the Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles.  We perform for Abilities Expo, Special Olympics SoCal, Autism Speaks, Miss Amazing and the SLDC Walk Your Way at Knotts Berry Farm.  And this is just to name a few.   

 

Our All Star Crew trains out of the famed Millenium Dance Complex in Los Angeles.  This crew has auditioned for America’s Got Talent.  They’ve been featured on several Facebook ad campaigns.  Several of our students are cast members from the Emmy Award TV Show “Born This Way”.  And last Summer we had the honor of our lives when we danced with The Royal Ballet for a week at the Music Center in Los Angeles.  

 

We’ve travelled throughout the U.S. doing Live Shows, Assemblies and Workshops and we continue to spread our reach and look forward to eventually traveling outside of the country.  

 

Our Mission is to break known stereotypes and to emphasize inclusion in all areas.
